As a beginner to upholstery you will learn the basic principles of traditional upholstery techniques.  Depending on the furniture you are working on, you will learn how to construct a firm foundation using webbing, stuffings and stitching edges, fitting top covers and trimmings.  You will also learn about upholstery tools, equipment and materials.  

If you already have experience in traditional upholstery techniques, depending on the furniture you are working on, you will be able to extend your learning to a more advanced level.

Starting Friday 10th September 2010 - 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

Tuition Fee @ £8 per hour: £1152.00 + VAT

Starting Monday 6th September 2010 - 7.15 p.m. to 9.15 p.m.

Tuition Fee @ £8 per hour: £576.00 + VAT

Materials will be charged for according to what is used in the individual pieces of furniture you are working on.

All prices are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate
